POST 4 - A meal or food you really like
Since I was little it has always been my favorite food, although I am very fussy about its preparation. I have eaten in many places such as restaurants, friends and family homes, but my grandmother's recipe is definitely the winner.
It is a stationary dish, but very typical of our country. This is made up of two parts, one that we name filling and its covering.
Its ingredients modify according to the family or own tastes, the preparation changes, for example, its covering can be salty or sweet, but I like it with its sweet coating from the beginning, nothing to add sugar when eating it, for me that is essential before cooking.
The ingredients that you can’t lack in this one are onion, meat, chicken, corn and basil. It is usually served with tomato, although I don't like it haha

Hi Almendra, i think the same that our classmates, clearly is "pastel de choclo", because when you said: "meat, chicken, corn" you are describe that dish. It's very tasty.
